These terms govern the use of OnPoint's internal fuel dispensing control system, accessed through WhatsApp ("the System").

Who may use it

Only employees and personnel authorized by OnPoint Rig Services LLC, using the phone number registered with OnPoint. Access may be granted, limited or withdrawn by OnPoint at any time.

Use of the System

• Use the System only to request and record fuel for OnPoint vehicles and equipment you are authorized to fuel.
• Photographs sent must be genuine, current photographs of the fuel meter. Sending altered, old or unrelated images is prohibited.
• Do not share your access, or request fuel on behalf of another person.
• Follow the instructions given by the System and by OnPoint administrators.

Requests may be declined, and transactions may be flagged for review, when information does not match what the System expects. A flag opens a review; it is not an accusation.

Records

Every transaction is recorded, including meter photographs and readings, and may be reviewed by OnPoint. See our Privacy Policy.

Availability

The System depends on third-party services (including WhatsApp and internet connectivity) and may be unavailable at times. OnPoint may modify or discontinue it.
