To request that we delete your information from OnPoint's fuel dispensing control system:

1. Send an email to info@onpointmechanic.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your name and the WhatsApp phone number you used with the system.
3. We will confirm your request within 30 days.

What we delete, and what we keep

When we process your request, we deactivate your access and stop processing new information from your number.

Fuel transaction records are business records and are retained, including who performed each fueling, as required for OnPoint's operational, accounting and audit purposes. Meter photographs linked to a discrepancy or an open review are retained until that review is resolved.
